NAAT Education Consultancy and Services Pvt. Ltd. (NECAS) facilitates structured, paid international internship and traineeship programs for eligible Nepali students, graduates, and young professionals.

Programs are available in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Thailand in two principal sectors:

  • Agriculture, livestock, plant science and horticulture
  • Hospitality, hotel operations, culinary services and tourism

All programs provide participants with a paid monthly stipend in accordance with the official host agreement. The stipend amount, working hours, accommodation, meals, duties, insurance, and other conditions vary by country and host organization.

PROGRAM FEATURES

Paid monthly stipend • Structured and supervised practical training • Duration of 6–18 months, except where specified • Defined training objectives and responsibilities • International workplace experience • Pre-departure preparation and orientation • Training or experience documentation from the host, where applicable • Programs conducted under relevant host-country regulations These programs are temporary and learning-oriented. PROGRAM DESTINATIONS

DENMARK – AGRICULTURE INTERNSHIP

Denmark provides currently enrolled agriculture students with practical exposure to modern farming, livestock production, agricultural technology, animal welfare, and sustainable farm management. Training Areas • Dairy, pig and poultry farming • Crop and plant production • Feeding and milking systems • Animal health and welfare • Farm machinery and automation • Horticulture and greenhouse production • Farm hygiene and biosecurity • Sustainable farm management Eligibility • Must be currently studying a relevant agriculture-related program • Relevant background in agriculture, animal science, veterinary science, horticulture, plant science or a related field • Valid evidence of current enrolment • Suitable English-language ability • Physical fitness for practical farm duties • Ability to meet applicable Danish permit requirements Program duration: 6–18 months Financial benefit: Paid monthly stipend as stated in the host agreement The Denmark program is available to currently enrolled students only.

SWEDEN – AGRICULTURE TRAINEESHIP

Sweden offers paid traineeship opportunities in sustainable agriculture, plant science, animal science, modern farming technology, and animal welfare.

GERMANY – AGRICULTURE AND HOSPITALITY TRAINEESHIPS

Germany offers paid traineeships in professional agricultural and hospitality environments.

  • Must have graduated from a relevant higher-education program
  • The awarding institution must be classified as H+ in the German Anabin database
  • Qualification must be relevant to the proposed traineeship
  • Suitable English-language ability
  • German-language ability where required
  • Ability to meet applicable German visa and residence requirements

Program duration: 6–18 months
Financial benefit: Paid monthly stipend as stated in the host agreement

The applicant’s institution and qualification will be assessed through Anabin or another officially accepted recognition process.


THE NETHERLANDS – AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND HOSPITALITY PROGRAMS

The Netherlands offers paid practical-training opportunities in advanced agriculture, horticulture, greenhouse technology, food production, agricultural logistics, and hospitality.

FRANCE – HOSPITALITY INTERNSHIP

France provides paid hospitality internships within participating hotels, restaurants, resorts, kitchens, catering establishments, and tourism businesses.

THAILAND – HOSPITALITY INTERNSHIP

Thailand offers paid hospitality internships in international hotels, resorts, restaurants, and tourism businesses.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Initial Application – Submit personal, academic and professional information.
  2. Eligibility Assessment – NECAS evaluates your education, experience and preferred program.
  3. Document Verification – Academic, professional and identity documents are reviewed.
  4. Interview and Shortlisting – Eligible candidates receive interview preparation.
  5. Host Matching – Shortlisted profiles are presented to suitable international hosts.
  6. Host Selection – The host may conduct an interview before making its decision.
  7. Training Agreement – Selected candidates receive an official agreement stating the stipend, duration, duties and other conditions.
  8. Visa Documentation Guidance – NECAS assists with organizing the required supporting documents.
  9. Pre-Departure Orientation – Participants receive guidance on travel, safety, workplace expectations and cultural adaptation.
  10. Departure and Arrival – The participant travels after receiving the required visa or residence authorization.

All NECAS internship and traineeship programs provide paid monthly stipends. The exact stipend amount and applicable deductions are stated in the individual host agreement.

Program availability, stipend, duties, working hours, accommodation, meals, insurance, taxation, and other benefits vary according to the country and host organization.

NECAS does not guarantee:

  • Selection by a particular host
  • Placement in a particular location
  • A fixed stipend amount
  • Visa or residence-permit approval
  • Permanent employment or settlement abroad
